1. Return & Replacement Window
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order if they receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product description.

2. Eligible Replacement Cases
A replacement may be considered in the following situations:
The product arrives damaged or defective.
The wrong product, size, colour, or design is delivered compared with the confirmed order.
The product has a significant manufacturing defect.
The product materially differs from its description on our website.
All requests are subject to verification. We may ask you to provide photographs or videos and return the product for inspection.
3. Conditions for Replacement
To help us process your request, please:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and registered contact details.
Share clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Keep the product, original tags, labels, and packaging until the request is resolved.
Please do not send a product back before contacting our customer support team and receiving return instructions.
4. Refund Policy
BADDGER generally does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes cases where a customer no longer wants the product, changes their style preference, or selects an unsuitable size when the delivered product matches the order and its description.
Where a product is eligible for replacement, our preferred resolution is to provide a replacement product.
However, where a refund is required under applicable law, or where BADDGER determines that a refund is the appropriate resolution for a verified issue, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed lawful method.
Approved refunds will be initiated within a reasonable period, and any further processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
5. Customised & Printed Products
Customised T-shirts and products printed according to customer-provided names, images, designs, or specifications are generally not eligible for returns or replacements due to a change of mind or customer-approved design preferences.
This exclusion does not apply where the product has a verified manufacturing defect, an error attributable to BADDGER, or where a return, replacement, or refund is required by applicable law.
6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible. An order may be cancelled before processing or dispatch, subject to confirmation by BADDGER.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Any eligible cancellation refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our order status.
7. Shipping for Returns & Replacements
If a return or replacement is approved because the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or affected by an error attributable to BADDGER, we will communicate the return and shipping arrangements to the customer.
For other cases, return shipping may not be covered by BADDGER. Any such arrangement will be communicated before the return is initiated and will remain subject to applicable law.
8. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers should contact our support team if they experience an eligible product issue.
If a refund is approved for a COD order, our team will contact the customer to arrange a suitable refund method and collect any necessary details securely.
